We went ice fishing again. If you missed our first adventure, you can go here to read about it.
We found the place quickly, we didn't have anyone fall into the water, and we didn't get stuck.
Spalding borrowed a gas powered auger to dig holes quickly.
-L- was happy to have hot chocolate in her crayola thermos.
We even caught some fish. I caught the first fish, a little 6 inch perch. -N- caught the other fish, a nice 10 inch trout.
-E- had a good time too, even though she didn't catch a fish. She was glad that she wouldn't have to eat it.
The rule I adopted from my mom's house: "you catch it, you clean it."
He even fried it up and ate it all on his own.
He asked me if grandpa ever goes ice fishing. I told him that I didn't think so. He wants to know how he can wait until summer fishing season!
